I’ve created this space so that I can share with you my tips and tricks, thoughts and experiences about my journey through menopause.
As a fellow menopause champion, I understand what you are going through. I’m totally able to connect and resonate with your experiences, problems and frustrations!
MY MISSION
My mission is to empower women to navigate menopause with confidence and positivity. Through self-help tools, coaching, and a supportive community, I will provide women with the resources needed to thrive, embrace their journey, and find opportunity for growth and renewal in this Second Spring stage of their life.
MY VISION
My vision is to change how the world sees menopause—turning it into a time of growth, strength, and positivity for women. My dream is to give every woman the tools, support, and community she needs to thrive, feel amazing, and own this exciting new chapter.
MY WHY
I believe that every woman should be empowered by, and not afraid of, the menopause experience.
My story
For medical reasons I am unable to take HRT, so I’ve had to find natural and non-medical coping strategies for the symptoms I have experienced and continue to experience.
I have a plethora of tips and coping strategies to share with you, as well as providing you with opportunities to learn from other women, share with other women and hopefully, support other women.
Menopause is a stage of life that usually comes to us all, yet we battle through alone.
I want to change all of that!
I want this stage in our lives to be better understood, talked about, shared amongst us and above all generate feelings of optimism and positivity.
Menopause needn’t be the negative and soul destroying experience it’s often painted to be. It’s a chance for renewal and quite literally ‘change’. So let’s walk this path together so that you can Embrace Your Second Spring!

My story is still ongoing
Of course, my story is still ongoing. And new chapters are being created and new paths forged as I write.
But, I turned 55 and realised I was stuck! Divorced, solo income, running the 9-5 gauntlet and quite literally terrified at the thought of thinking that my life now is how it will be for the rest of my life unless I made a change. So many places I’ve yet to visit, so much more time that I need to find to build memories with my family and create a better quality of life for us all.
What could I do to create the better life I felt I deserved and needed?
Scrolling on social media I saw an ad about the Modern Wealthy, and creating online businesses. I continued reading and realised that I too could create an online business, and build my dream life, if I worked hard and had enough commitment to succeed. So, I rose to the challenge and took the plunge!
